ISKCON Vrindavan

About

A yatra born from
devotion, not business.

This pilgrimage exists because of one person's vision: to bring the Sanatani community of London back to the sacred land where it all began.

Our Inspiration

Sadhvi Sarasvati Didi

Spiritual guide, Vrindavan

This yatra was born from the vision and spiritual guidance of Sadhvi Sarasvati Didi. Based in Vrindavan, she has dedicated her life to preserving and sharing the devotional traditions of Braj. Her deep connection with Vrindavan's temples, saints, and communities is what makes this pilgrimage authentic rather than commercial.

It was Sarasvati Didi who recognised that thousands of devotees in London carry Vrindavan in their hearts but have never walked its streets. She approached us with a simple question: can we bring them home? This yatra is our answer.

Her involvement is not symbolic. She guides the spiritual content of the itinerary, connects us with local temples and scholars, and ensures that every moment of the yatra serves the pilgrim's spiritual growth. The temples open their doors differently when Sarasvati Didi walks in. That access, that depth, that authenticity is what sets this yatra apart from any tour operator.

She also arranges all pitra services, yagya, havan, and bhajan sessions through trusted pandits she has worked with for years. When you perform a ceremony through this yatra, you are in the hands of people who have served Vrindavan their entire lives.

"Vrindavan is not a destination. It is a calling. If you feel it, answer it."

Our Approach

How we think about this yatra.

Spiritual, not commercial

Every decision is made to deepen the pilgrim's connection with Krishna and Vrindavan. This is not a tour package. It is a guided spiritual experience.

Accessible to all

Whether you have been to India many times or never left London, this yatra is designed for you. No prior experience needed. Just an open heart.

Community over tourism

We travel together, eat together, pray together. By the time we return to London, you will have a community of fellow devotees for life.

Authenticity over convenience

We visit the real Vrindavan. Not the tourist version. Local temples, local food, local saints. The places where devotion lives, not where buses park.
